キノコ最前線　ベジタブルバーガー・マッシュルーム

キノコ好きの皆様に朗報です。

今年4月フレッシュネスバーガーで、肉を使わないヘルシーなハンバーガー「ベジタブルバーガー・トーフ」が登場して人気となったが、ついに10/10(土)、その第2弾となる「ベジタブルバーガー・マッシュルーム」（420円）が発売される。
今回、なんといっても驚きなのはマッシュルームの巨大さ。バンズと変わらない大きさと肉厚感が、かなりのインパクトだ。このマッシュルームは、イタリア語で「ポットベラ」と呼ばれ、ポットは「大きな傘」、ベラは「美しい」という意味を持つという。傘の直径が約8～10cmもある巨大なマッシュルームで、ビタミンB2 や食物繊維が豊富なヘルシー食材なんだとか。
